Terms of Service

Creator Finder is a search and outreach workspace. It helps you discover creators, artists, brands, agencies and industry professionals from public sources, organize the people you find, and draft messages to contact them. The service returns publicly available profile information and signals to help you decide who to contact. It does not send messages for you, and it does not guarantee that any person will reply.

You need an account to search and save contacts. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when you register and to keep it current. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

The service is offered on a paid-subscription basis. Current plans are Starter at $15 USD per month with 5 successful searches, and Pro at $39 USD per month with 30 successful searches. Annual Pro billing is also available. A successful search is one that returns at least one verified profile; a search that returns zero verified profiles does not count against your allowance.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds, where applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a charge is refunded or charged back, access to the service may be revoked.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to harass, threaten, stalk, or defame any person.
• Send unsolicited spam or mass automated messages using contact information found through the service.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the service's results or data as a competing data product.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the service or its data providers.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Misrepresent yourself or your offer when contacting someone found through the service.

The drafted messages the service generates are suggestions to review and edit. You are responsible for what you actually send and for complying with each platform's rules and all applicable laws when you contact someone.

Profile information returned by the service comes from public sources and third-party data providers. We do not guarantee that any follower count, role, contact detail, or other signal is accurate, current, or complete. Follower counts that could not be confirmed against a live source are marked unverified. You should verify important details independently before relying on them.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Creator Finder nor its operators shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these terms or the service will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
